This gentle yoga class is led by Peter Spera, a registered yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. If you don't have a yoga mat, come anyway! We have spares. 

The Jefferson Parish Library, in conjunction with YMCA New Orleans, offers a general literacy from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week, except on holidays.

Join us at LOA for STORYTIME! Followed by crafts, competition, and sometimes pizza! Come for a new perspective, take a break from the heat, and fashion fun themed crafts to make it through summer. Materials provided. 

Come to the library after school to play some Nintendo Switch games with your friends. Snacks are available for the price of checking out a book!

Settle in for a slow and whimsical cinematic escape with Animated Whispers, a cozy afternoon film series featuring beautifully animated stories full of magic, heart, and wonder.

Join a group of up to six players for a Lancer campaign led by Game Master Patrick Hitchcock.  The campaign will meet one Wednesday evening a month.  There is no cost, and all materials will be provided.
