Day Calendar

An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

Memory Cafés are social gatherings for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and the people who care about them.

The Read and Sing Story Time includes stories, songs, and finger plays for infants and toddlers.

Stories and activities for children ages infant to 7 years old.

Milo's mother is too busy to read him a story, so she sends him outside to play in the snow where he discovers a story of his own.

West Bank Regional Library's Storytime takes place every Tuesday at 11am, with a themed craft to follow. Recommended for children ages 3-5. Each week features a themed selection of books, songs, fingerplays, and more!

The Jefferson Parish Library, in conjunction with YMCA New Orleans, offers a general literacy from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week, except on holidays.

Join us for an informal meeting of Cricut enthusiasts. Have a question, or a technique you'd like to share? Bring your Cricut and enjoy the company of other crafters.

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in an hour. Step by step instructions will be given. Art supplies are provided or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.
