Instruction and support for adults to improve their skills in: 1) literacy or reading at any level; 2) basic math and writing; 3) preparation for HiSet /GED; 4) job readiness. Free of charge and open to the public.
This gentle yoga class is given by Registered Yoga Teacher Peter Spera every Wednesday & Thursday at the Gretna Library. Spera has 20 years of experience in yoga. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

The New Neighbor Project will offer a series of in-person beginner English as a Second Language classes. Class is from 6:30 p.m to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Classes are for adults and focus on beginner English vocabulary and grammar.
The World War II Discussion Group, headed by local teacher and historian Brian Altobello, meets the first Thursday of every month to discuss the events of the 1930s and 1940s. Free and open to the public; registration is not required.
