An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

Adult Literacy – YMCA Literary Services will hold adult literacy classes from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Belle Terre Library, 5550 Belle Terre Road.

The Maybe Book Club meets from 1 to 2:30 PM on the third Tuesday of each month in the Gretna Library meeting room.

This group is geared for those who want to play (and even learn) the American version of Mah-jong, the traditional tile game established in China about 100 years ago. It meets (almost) every Tuesday in the A/V Conference Room.

The New Neighbor Project offers Citizenship Class on Tuesdays at the Rosedale Library, 4036 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson. The classes are free and are geared to prepare eligible permanent residents for the United States naturalization process.

Get moving with us as we take an outdoor walk in our backyard, followed by an indoor workout to popular exercise videos!

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in an hour. Step by step instructions will be given. Limited art supplies are provided (while supplies last) or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.

The New Neighbor Project will offer a series of in-person English as a Second Language classes. English as a second or foreign language is a language education program for people learning English.
