The Jefferson Parish Library is participating in the 2025 annual Lawyers in Libraries program in partnership with the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Library of Louisiana, and the Louisiana Library Association.

Adult Literacy – YMCA Literary Services will hold adult literacy classes from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Belle Terre Library, 5550 Belle Terre Road.

This gentle yoga class is led by Peter Spera, a registered yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. If you don't have a yoga mat, come anyway! We have spares.

Join us for a Fall Planting Introduction with Chris Dunaway of the LSU AgCenter. The LSU AgCenter provides information on home horticulture, including trees, shrubs, lawns, ground covers, bedding plants, indoor plants, fruit trees and vegetables.
