The New Neighbor Project offers Citizenship Class on Tuesdays at the Rosedale Library, 4036 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson. The classes are free and are geared to prepare eligible permanent residents for the United States naturalization process.

Notary Service will be offered free of charge to those in need.
