An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

Stories and activities for children ages infant to 7 years old

This week's book is 88 Instruments by Chris Barton.  A little boy can't choose which instrument to play, so he decides to try them all.

West Bank Regional Library's Storytime takes place every Tuesday at 11am, with a themed craft to follow. Recommended for children ages 3-5. Each week features a themed selection of books, songs, fingerplays, and more! 

Adult Literacy – YMCA Literary Services will hold adult literacy classes from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Belle Terre Library, 5550 Belle Terre Road.

Spend an afternoon learning about various herbs and the history of tea. Find out some of the mysteries of tea and then take a shot at making your own herbal mixture for a pleasant taste or a calming smell.

This group is geared for those who want to play (and even learn) the American version of Mah-jong, the traditional tile game established in China about 100 years ago. It meets (almost) every Tuesday in the A/V Conference Room.

Arts & Crafts

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in 1 hour & 30 minutes. Step by step instructions will be given. Art supplies are provided or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.
