Join us in the Teen Center to create something fun and whimsical at this hands-on craft program. Participants will use colorful beads to design and build their own faux potted plant—perfect for decorating a desk, bookshelf, or windowsill.

Join us at Live Oak Library for STORYTIME! Followed by crafts, competition, and sometimes pizza! Come for a new perspective, take a break from the heat, and fashion fun themed crafts to make it through summer. Materials provided. 

New projects every month. Or you can ignore the projects and just watch a movie that we put on the big screen. Or you can ignore both and just talk with your friends. We don't mind. 

January is Jane Austen's 250th Birthday Celebration month at Jefferson Parish Library! Join us for an array of events across multiple library branches to honor the life, times, and legacy of a treasured author. 

Join a group of up to six players for a Lancer campaign led by Game Master Patrick Hitchcock.  The campaign will meet one Wednesday evening a month.  There is no cost, and all materials will be provided.

A social group and open time for fiber arts enthusiasts. Come visit and sew, knit, crochet, embroider, or work on any other craft in our Jefferson Room. (EBR Makerspace program)

Learn the fundamentals of classical ballet in a relaxed but informative environment. We are here to take ballet seriously but not always take ourselves seriously. Get a workout in and learn something new in a comfortable, friendly environment.

Looking for a fun, chill spot to hang out? Join us at the library for our Teen Café! Watch your favorite anime, play video and board games, get creative with crafts, and vibe with friends or meet new ones.

Interested in being an accomplished lady or a refined gentleman? Join us at Westwego to hone your artistic skills by painting a Jane Austen-inspired still life with water colors.

Come garden with your neighbors and librarians as we work on our very first Community Garden! Learn what to grow and how to tend a vegetable and flower garden during this informal work hour. Open to all ages and experience levels. 

Love to play Mahjong but don't have a Mahjong set?  Grab a few friends and drop by the library and play awhile. We have Mahjong sets available for use in the library.

Join us for Lego Club at the library! Take the challenge and make a cool creation to be displayed in the library until the next meeting! Lego Club meets every other Saturday. This event is for children ages 4 years old and up.

Take some time to hang out with your friends, have a snack, play some games and chill with your friends at Rosedale Library in the meeting room from 3:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays.

Join us every Tuesday @ 4 PM for instruction in the Fabric Arts. Our club's main focus will include: Crochet, Sewing, Knitting, Quilting, and Cross Stitch.
