Come garden with your neighbors and librarians as we work on our very first Community Garden! Learn what to grow and how to tend a vegetable and flower garden during this informal work hour. Open to all ages and experience levels.

An easy project for self-care, make a sugar scrub or a bath bomb for you or a loved one! Join us Saturday afternoon to use natural products to make some a sweet exfoliating scrub or a scented bath time additive. All supplies provided.

Join our Chess Club!  Learn to play chess, a game that is played all over the world. Learn the basic moves and strategies. No knowledge of chess is needed.  Beginners and seasoned pros are welcome.  We meet one Saturday each month.

A rookie race-car driver gets the opportunity to compete against the reigning champion. With help from a former driver, he must overcome treacherous terrain, rival racers and unexpected obstacles to prove he has what it takes.

For a select Saturday of the month, River Ridge Library will offer a STEM related scientific experiment or activity! This will help build STEM skills, and make STEM learning fun and interesting for all. Everyone is welcome.

An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

Join us for popcorn and an adventure as a hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed.

Come learn how to line dance! Whether you're a beginner or you've been dancing for awhile, our line dancing classes are for everyone. Wear anything that is comfortable to dance in!

New projects every month. Or you can ignore the projects and just watch a movie that we put on the big screen. Or you can ignore both and just talk with your friends. We don't mind. 

This Spanish classes is geared toward younger learners but open to all ages. There will be portions of each lesson for different age ranges to accommodate as many levels of learners as we can. 

Do you take care of a loved one and wish you had a safe place to socialize with others?

Learn the fundamentals of classical ballet in a relaxed but informative environment. We are here to take ballet seriously but not always take ourselves seriously. Get a workout in and learn something new in a comfortable, friendly environment.

Looking for a fun, chill spot to hang out? Join us at the library for our Teen Café! Watch your favorite anime, play video and board games, get creative with crafts, and vibe with friends or meet new ones.

Kick off Summer Reading with a hands-on adventure for the whole family! Explore a dinosaur dig site, solve mysteries in our discovery lab, and plant something to grow all summer long.

Love to play Mahjong but don't have a Mahjong set?  Grab a few friends and drop by the library and play awhile. We have Mahjong sets available for use in the library.

Start your week on a high note! Grab the mic and belt out your favorite songs or test your music knowledge with interactive games like music bingo and trivia. No pressure—just good vibes, great music, and a whole lot of fun.

Love art but don't know where to start? No problem! Add your own creative touch to a secondhand painting at our Altered Art Workshop.

Take some time to hang out with your friends, have a snack, play some games and chill with your friends at Rosedale Library in the meeting room from 3:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays.

All levels are welcome. The first 15 minutes will review chords and strum patterns. Children are welcome with a participating adult.
