During Summer Reading, River Ridge Library will take you, children between 4-12 years old, on an exciting creative color adventure.  Your adventure starts June 2nd and ends July 26th. Here is how your adventure will take place.

The Read and Sing Story Time includes stories, songs, and finger plays for infants and toddlers.

Help us Color Our World by celebrating all the colors of the rainbow this summer as part of the annual Summer Reading Program! This week's color is: BLUE!   

Join us for books, songs, and play! Our program starts with stories and songs before our weekly activity and free play. Designed for children 18 months to 5 years old.

An interactive presentation from the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program on "Purple Martins: Parenting, Prey, and Poop!"

Join us for an afternoon arts and crafts program. All children must have an adult 18+ in the library with them at all times. Snacks will be provided when available.

This week's theme is DÉCOR & 3-D ART!

Let your little ones practice basic mixing, measuring, and motor skills while doing learning to make an easy snack and becoming familiar with preparing food!

Join us every Tuesday @ 4 PM for instruction in the Fabric Arts. Our club's main focus will include: Crochet, Sewing, Knitting, Quilting, and Cross Stitch.

This event includes stories and activities for children newborn to 5 years old.

Our Children's Storytime introduces the love of books and reading to young children ages 0 to 7 years old. Stories, rhymes, and music are used to encourage children to discover and explore the world around them.

Meet and learn about animals from all over the world in this fun, educational and interactive presentation!

Read & Sing is a storytime featuring books and songs aimed at babies and toddler ages 0-3. Come read with us at West Bank Regional Library every Wednesday beginning at 11am. Playtime with library toys to follow. 

Join Ms. Jen for a fun and interactive theatrical adventure designed especially for kids!

Join us at LOA for STORYTIME! Followed by crafts, competition, and sometimes pizza! Come for a new perspective, for summer reading points, and fun themed crafts to make it through this hot summer. Materials provided. 

Storytime

This event includes stories for children ages 3 to 9 years old. This event is held in the Children's area.

The Creative Craft Club is an expansion of the Paper Craft Club. Patrons of all ages are welcome to come and enjoy making a different craft each month using a variety of supplied materials.
