The Jefferson Parish Library, in conjunction with YMCA New Orleans, offers an intermediate English as a Second Language class.

Come to the library after school to play some Nintendo Switch games with your friends. Snacks are available for the price of checking out a book!

Join us Mondays and Wednesdays after school for a half hour of crafts, games, and activities designed to help support reading, math, and other skills for kids of all ages. Programs will rotate weekly.

Come build with us at West Bank Regional Library during our monthly Lego Club meeting! Lego Club gathers on the first Wednesday of the month beginning at 5:30pm. Ages 4+; Parental supervision required at all times.

Paper crafting is the art of making 3D objects out of paper. Supplies will be provided. Adults and teens are welcome. This event is held on the first Wednesday of each month.

Come garden alongside the Golden Gardeners as we work on our very first Community Garden! Learn what to grow and how to tend a vegetable and flower garden during this informal work hour. Open to all ages and experience levels. 

Teens, join us for a sweet craft to make for your Valentine, or keep for yourself! This craft is designed for teens. Registration is required and space is limited.

Join us for Lego Club at the library! Take the challenge and make a cool creation to be displayed in the library until the next meeting! Lego Club meets every other Saturday. This event is for children ages 4 years old and up. 

We’re excited to host Project Power in our community for children aged 5–12! This no cost interactive program raises type 2 diabetes awareness, provides diabetes risk reduction education, and encourages participation from the whole family!

Come by the Teen Center to play Super Smash Brothers on Nintendo Switch!

This event will consist of an hour of one on one VR experience (only one person can register per session). This event is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 years old and up.
