Monday Knitters meets from 1 to 3 p.m. each Monday. Bev Madere, Craft Yarn Council of America Master Knitter, facilitates this group of adult knitters. All level of skills welcomed; basic knitting skills taught to beginners.

This event will consist of an hour of one on one VR experience (only one person can register per session). This event is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 years old and up.

Mahjong game hosted by Old Metairie Civic Club. Open to the public. Please register in advance by calling Denise Oliva at 504-884-9603.

This group of experienced gamers plays American mah-jong.

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in one hour and a half. Step by step instructions will be given. Art supplies are provided or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.

Take part in a table read and share your script ideas! Actors, readers, and writers are invited to submit materials. This event is open to the public and performers, with additional written works welcome. For ages 18+

Come play Hong Kong Mahjong at River Ridge Library! Free and open to the public. Beginners are welcome.

Gretna Book Club – The members of the book club meet from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. on the third Friday of each month. The following books will be read and discussed.
