If you are interested in learning the game of Mahjong, but are intimidated by the fast pace of traditional Mahjong clubs, then come join us for a relaxed learning experience.

Mah-jong players of every skill level are invited to join and play. The American version is used.

Join us for Bridge Club in the Old Metairie Meeting Room! Beginners welcome!

Whether you’re a competitive player or just happy to play and enjoy a social chat, this club is a great place to get to know others and take part in a good game of Scrabble! The club meets every third Monday.

Join us at the Grand Isle Library for weekly Bingo games! Every Tuesday @ 2:00pm. Have fun and win prizes. Adults only.

This group is geared for those who want to play (and even learn) the American version of Mah-jong, the traditional tile game established in China about 100 years ago. It meets (almost) every Tuesday in the A/V Conference Room.

Join us for Chess Club! We welcome amateurs, novices, and dabblers of chess, who would like to play in a semi-competitive and/or social environment. No registration is required. Instruction will be available on occasions.

Join us at the library for our Adult Video Game Club! For the casual gamer or seasoned pro, come and connect with fellow video game enthusiasts, discover new games, and engage in friendly competition. For adults aged 18 and above.

Join us as we celebrate Taylor Swift’s arrival in New Orleans for her Era Tour concert. Gather your friends and play Jeopardy on one of the top pop stars. Arrive early if you would like to be a contestant. Refreshments will be provided. 

This event is for players, experienced and new, to join adventures across different continents, fighting different villains, saving town’s people and slaying some dragons!

This event will consist of an hour of one on one VR experience (only one person can register per session). This event is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 years old and up.

By popular demand, we are having a Spooktacular murder mystery event. Please contact the branch to reserve a role to participate as one of the characters in the performance. Spectators are welcome! Refreshments will be provided.
