Week Calendar

During Summer Reading, River Ridge Library will take you, children between 4-12 years old, on an exciting creative color adventure.  Your adventure starts June 2nd and ends July 26th. Here is how your adventure will take place.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries will conduct a boating safety class beginning at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, July 12, at the River Ridge Library, 8825 Jefferson Highway, River Ridge.

The River Ridge Poets group meets at River Ridge Library on the second Saturday of each month to discuss poetry. 

This event includes stories and art activities for children ages 3 to 9 years old. Supplies are limited. 

Craft: Make Your Own Puzzle

Book: Where Oliver Fits, by Cale Atkinson

This event will consist of an hour of one on one VR experience (only one person can register per session). This event is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 years old and up.

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in an hour. Step by step instructions will be given. Art supplies are provided or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.

Get ready for an unforgettable 40-minute show featuring Nash and Rexi, the dynamic dinosaur duo! This interactive performance invites the audience to engage in fun activities like feeding and training the dinosaurs, as well as asking questions.
