Join us for Creative Connections, a welcoming and inclusive program designed for adults with developmental disabilities. Each session features engaging activities that encourage creativity, social interaction, and lifelong learning.

An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

Join us and the Clear Head Adult Day Care for a craft or art project each week! Caretaker must be present. 

Come to the Wagner Library and pick up a Grab & Go Craft to take and make! Available until supplies run out. No registration is necessary. These crafts are for children ages 4 to 11 years old. 

Come try your skill, invent, and experiment in our Lego Club targeted for ages 5 to 10! Legos provided for you so you do not need to bring Legos from home. Younger siblings are welcome. Larger Legos provided for younger siblings.

Join us for Arts & Crafts at the library! This event is for children ages 6-11. for more information, please call the Harahan Library at 504-736-8745. Limit 6 

Craft:  DIY Paint a Ceramic Flower Pot  

This event includes stories for children ages 3 to 7 years old.

Calling all homeschool families! Each session will include a lesson, an advanced experiment for the kids 7 and up, a storytime and craft for kids 6 and younger, and a separate space for parents to collaborate and share resources.

Listen to a story read by one of our librarians and stay to do a fun craft together! This event is for children ages 3 to 10 years old.

Join us for Lego Club at the library! Come and build with us! Meets on Saturdays. Ages 4+; Parental supervision required.

Show your mother how much you love her by creating a handmade bouquet of beautiful paper flowers made from coffee filters! 

All supplies will be provided.

Beginning Drawing Series

The series will consist of four separate classes which include drawing through observation and individual instruction. You must register for each class separately. 

This week we're traveling back in time to Ancient Greece! We'll make scratch art vases, laurel crowns, and try out an Ancient Greece inspired STEM challenge! For ages 5 & up, younger siblings are welcome.

Heat and Pour Soap

Join us for an afternoon of soap making using heat and pour soap base and different additives 

This event is a casual crocheting group for adults. Come work on your crochet projects and enjoy a cup of our Library Blend coffee while you crochet and socialize with other fiber artists.

Join Us for Stitch & Sew Adventures: A Children's Hand Sewing Series at Your Library!

Join us Mondays and Wednesdays after school for a half hour of crafts, games, and activities designed to help support reading, math, and other skills for kids of all ages. Programs will rotate weekly.

Brighten up your day with a fun and easy craft! Stop by the library to pick up a Grab & Geaux Pipe Cleaner Flower Kit and create your own colorful bouquet. No watering required—just twist, shape, and enjoy!

A new crochet tutorial every month as well as space to work on your own projects. Working on a beading or jewelry project? Crocheting or knitting something cool?

Come join us for a fun evening of making cards! It’s a great way to express your feelings and share something special with someone you care about. We’ll meet at the East Bank Regional Library on Monday at 6:30 PM in the A/V Conference Room.

Join us for an informal meeting of Cricut enthusiasts. Have a question, or a technique you'd like to share? Bring your Cricut and enjoy the company of other crafters.

The Creative Craft Club is an expansion of the Paper Craft Club. Patrons of all ages are welcome to come and enjoy making a different craft each month using a variety of supplied materials.
