Event Details

Local author Danyelle Bridges talks about her new book, From Pain to Purpose: A Journey of Healing and Transformation, at 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, at the Jane O’Brien Chatelain West Bank Regional Library, 2751 Manhattan Blvd., Harvey. This event is free of charge and open to the public.

Bridges asks “What if your broken places were the key to your greatest purpose? Like Kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery with gold, God takes our scars and turns them into something stronger, radiant, and full of meaning.”

She says that From Pain to Purpose is an invitation to rise from the ashes, embrace your story, and step boldly into the life God has designed for you.

“Your scars don't define you. They refine you,” she says.

Danyelle H. Bridges is an author, faith-driven leadership strategist, and educator who helps leaders transform pain into purpose and pressure into clarity. As the founder of Ingenuity Consultants, LLC and Divine Angels Outreach Ministry, Bridges equips leaders, educators, and organizations to lead with wisdom, resilience, and divine alignment—without burnout or performance-driven striving. Her teaching emphasizes stewardship, spiritual maturity, and leadership capacity rooted in order rather than exhaustion.
