Register for an ACT Practice Test at the West Bank Regional Library using tools provided by Princeton Review via Tutor.com. Students will take an ACT practice test in an environment that mimicks the computerized version of the test. 

The purpose of the group is to encourage local writers to create works of fiction - novels, novellas, short stories, flash fiction, etc. Writers submit manuscripts to be critiqued by other group members.

The East Bank Regional Library will host its annual Genealogy Fair from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 28, at EBR, 4747 W. Napoleon, Metairie. This event is free of charge and open to the public. 

Come try your skill, invent, and experiment in our Lego Club targeted for ages 5 to 10! Legos provided for you so you do not need to bring Legos from home. Younger siblings are welcome. Larger Legos provided for younger siblings.

Visit River Ridge Library and play some of the latest and exciting video games during Video Game Hour.

Join us for a creative and interactive LEGO building event at Wagner library! This event is perfect for kids who love to build and create with LEGO bricks.

If you are interested in learning the game of Mahjong, but are intimidated by the fast pace of traditional Mahjong clubs, then come join us for a relaxed learning experience.

Want some STEMulating fun? Come join us for fun games and activities that are sure to challenge your child while having fun. Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 12. This event is for children 6 years old and up.

Join us for Arts & Crafts at the library! This event is for children ages 6-11 only. For more information, please call the Harahan Library at 504-736-8745.  LIMIT  8 Kids. Please register online. 

Join us for books, songs, and play! This event is for toddlers and preschool children.

Practice your reading skills with a rabbit! The JP Library has partnered with the Jefferson SPCA to help kids learn about bunnies and read them a book! Our new friends are excited to meet you, but they prefer to not be picked up. 

This event includes stories for children ages 3 to 7 years old.

Listen to a story read by one of our librarians and stay to do a fun craft together! This event is for children ages 3 to 10 years old. 

Join us for Lego Club at the library! Come and build with us! Meets on Saturdays. Ages 4+; Parental supervision required.
