Observational Drawing

In these sessions you will learn to accurately draw shapes, forms, light and shadow, and textures. The sessions include a presentation, hands-on drawing and personal instruction.

An informal group for all levels of crocheters. We are primarily a crochet group, but knitters are welcome.

The Read and Sing Story Time includes stories, songs, and finger plays for infants and toddlers.

Stories and activities for children ages infant to 7 years old.

West Bank Regional Library's Storytime takes place every Tuesday at 11am, with a themed craft to follow. Recommended for children ages 3-5. Each week features a themed selection of books, songs, fingerplays, and more!

Adult Literacy – YMCA Literary Services will hold adult literacy classes from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Belle Terre Library, 5550 Belle Terre Road.

Join us for STEAM activities in this homeschooler-friendly program. This week we'll try out try out a new way to dye eggs!  For ages 5 & up, younger siblings are welcome.

This group is geared for those who want to play (and even learn) the American version of Mah-jong, the traditional tile game established in China about 100 years ago. It meets (almost) every Tuesday in the A/V Conference Room.

Northstar Excel 3 is an instructor led class with self-guided modules that assesses a person's ability to use Microsoft Excel. It's part of the Northstar Digital Literacy program, which helps people learn basic computer skills. 

This month's book is Leaving Time by Jodi Picoult.

Join us for a creative evening where you’ll learn how to paint a beautiful cherry blossom tree. We'll be using Q-tips for a fun and unique painting technique that’s perfect for beginners.

The New Neighbor Project offers Citizenship Class on Tuesdays at the Rosedale Library, 4036 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson. The classes are free and are geared to prepare eligible permanent residents for the United States naturalization process.
