Michall Willis, Hidden Thoughts: Not Just a Preachers Kid

This book of raw, emotional poems contains the thoughts of a young girl raised in Christian ministry and the many battles she faced with self-worth and identity. These verses are the uncensored thoughts of a young girl coming into adulthood. She grapples with the lifestyle she has been taught to live. Struggling with self-worth and identity, she writes of the many obstacles she encounters through the choices she's made. Coming to the end of herself, she faces the most important choice of her life. Is this really the life she wants to live?

Michall Willis is 25 years old and was raised in church. Both of her parents are pastors. Christianity has been her life as long as she can remember, but it wasn't always how she chose to live.
