Local harpists Cathy Anderson, Patrice Fisher and Arpa, along with Boku do Choro group, will perform a concert in honor of Hispanic Heritage at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 31, at the East Bank Regional Library, 4747 W. Napoleon. Metairie..

The concert is sponsored by the Eco Latinos Series and is sponsored by the nonprofit Musicians for Music.  

This event is free of charge and is open to the public. There is no registration.
