Think you can't? Yes you can! In this beginner level class, participants will learn a variety of hula hooping moves. Hooping is a low impact cardio exercise that improves balance, core strength, and calms the mind. Apologies, but this event is postponed until later in the year due to impending inclement weather approaching the area. We hope to schedule a new date soon!
