Purpose of Meeting
To provide healing with a time of Remembrance/Celebration for all in the community who have lost a loved and who are still dealing with the pain and heartbreak of loss. This event will be led by the Grief Support Team, chaplains, social workers, nurses and staff of ACG Hospice. A short reception with refreshments and allow time for participants to ask questions of staff and seek guidance as needed.
