Mark your calendars! Elisabet Trujillo will share how stress affects our eating habits. On April 26th @ 11 AM, she will discuss Stress Awareness. Ambrosia is the recipe. It is a creamy fruit salad originating in the Southern United States. It is made with pineapple, mandarin oranges, coconut and miniature marshmallows. The session will also include simple Yoga & Tai Chi movements.

In the ancient Greek myths, ambrosia is the food or drink of the Greek gods. It provided longevity or immortality upon whoever consumed it. Ambrosia is related to the gods' other form of sustenance, nectar. Nectar is usually the drink and ambrosia the food of the gods.
