Navigating Senior Care Services:

Making decisions about senior care can be stressful and confusing, especially when multiple care options exist. This free educational event is designed to help seniors, caregivers, and family members better understand the different levels of care and when each one is appropriate.

Representatives from Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH), Home Health, Rehab Hospitals, Skilled Nursing & Rehab, and Nursing Homes will be present to explain:

  • What each level of care provides
  • How these services differ from one another
  • When a patient may qualify for each option
  • Insurance coverage and other payor sources
  • How to transition between care settings

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity to make informed decisions for themselves or their loved ones.
