Sheila Cao, a personal finances consultant based in New Orleans, will give a series of presentations on financial management at 7 p.m. all four Tuesdays in September 2024, at the Edith Lawson Westwego Library, 635 Fourth Avenue, Westwego.

These presentations are free of charge and open to the public. There is no registration.

Cao says her workshops will focus on the basic financial management which an individual or a family unit performs to budget, save, and spend monetary resources over time, taking into account various financial risks and future life events.
