Pro Bono Notary Service

Louisiana Notary Michelle Norwood will offer pro bono notarial services from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the branch’s Computer Lab.  Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with sign-ups beginning at 1:30pm.  Please come prepared with all relevant documents requiring notarization, valid identification for all signers, and two witnesses (if your document requires them).
