Improve circulation, relax and regain your focus this summer with guided breathing meditation in the West Bank Regional Meeting Room. This program uses recordings and will not have a live instructor. 

This quiet program is intended for teens and adults; Children under 12 will not be admitted. 

The library does not provide mats and it is recommended patrons bring their own mat or towel to sit on.
