This month, as part of the library's celebration of Jane Austen, the Westwego crochet club will be crocheting tea bag book marks!

All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies will be provided.

Kenneth Louis Cantrelle will sign and discuss copies of his new book Louisiana Cantrelles: 1720-2024, a Genealogy, at 1 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 10, at the Westwego Library, 635 Fourth Street, Westwego.

Pati Kates, with Out of the Office Notary Services, L.L.C., will be available for pro bono, signature-only notary work the second Monday of each month from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.  Please be sure to bring your document(s), any required witnes

Classic Movie Evening: Rear Window

Join us at Westwego to make pixel-perfect perler bead art! This month, as part of our celebration of Jane Austen, we'll fuse perler beads to look like books.

All supplies will be provided. Children 11 and under need adult supervision.
