Read & Sing: Early Literacy Fun (Ages 0–3)

Join us for books, songs, and play! Our program starts with stories and songs before our weekly activity. Followed by playtime! 

Tales for Tots is a storytime featuring books and songs aimed at babies and toddler ages 0-3. Come read with us at West Bank Regional Library every Wednesday beginning at 11am. Playtime with library toys to follow. 

This event includes stories and art activities for children ages 3 to 9 years old. Supplies are limited. We will read an exciting book on butterflies and make a butterfly craft.

Join us at Live Oak Library for STORYTIME! Followed by crafts, competition, and sometimes pizza! Come for a new perspective, take a break from the heat, and create fashion fun themed crafts every week, all year long. Materials provided. 

Join a Barataria Preserve park ranger at the Belle Terre Library for a reading of Bones by Steve Jenkins, an interactive presentation featuring animal skulls and furs, and a skeleton construction paper craft.

Join us for Pre-School StoryTime for books, crafts, songs and learning activities.

Join us for evening storytime, followed by a craft! Targeted for ages 3-7. 

This is a story time for children who are aged 3-5 years old. Pre-K and Kindergarten grade level children will visit us from Grand Isle School and the public who have children in this age group are invited to participate.

This event includes stories for children ages 0 to 5 years old. This event is held in the Children's area of Rosedale Library on Fridays at 10:30am.

Listen to a story read by one of our librarians and stay to do a fun craft together! This event is for children ages 3 to 10 years old.

The Read and Sing Story Time includes stories, songs, and finger plays for infants and toddlers.

West Bank Regional Library's Storytime takes place every Tuesday at 11am, with a themed craft to follow. Recommended for children ages 3-5. Each week features a themed selection of books, songs, fingerplays, and more!
