Interested in crochet? Join us at Westwego for our monthly Crochet Club. This month we will celebrate spring with a crocheted carrot.

All supplies will be provided, and all skill levels are welcome.

Come garden alongside the Golden Gardeners as we work on our very first Community Garden! Learn what to grow and how to tend a vegetable and flower garden during this informal work hour. Open to all ages and experience levels. 

Mark your calendars! Elisabet Trujillo will share how stress affects our eating habits. On April 26th @ 11 AM, she will discuss Stress Awareness. Ambrosia is the recipe.

Bring cuttings or full plants (1 or a few) and swap with other home gardeners. Indoor and outdoor plants are welcome!

Join our Chess Club!  Learn to play chess, a game that is played all over the world. Learn the basic moves and strategies. No knowledge of chess is needed.  Beginners and seasoned pros are welcome.  We meet one Saturday each month.
