Free Tax Preparation Assistance

The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in partnership with Community Housing Education Center offers free, one-on-one tax return preparation to qualified individuals with an annual income of $67,000 or less.  

Tax prep sessions take place in the library's large study room (Study Room K) the first Saturday of every month during filing season (February 1st, March 1st, and April 5th) from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and every Wednesday during filing season until April 9th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
