Join us on Thursdays @ 11 AM for Tai Chi & Chai Tea.
"Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in China as a martial art. This ancient exercise offers a range of physical and mental benefits. It improves balance, flexibility, and muscle strength, particularly in older adults, reducing the risk of falls. It can also enhance cardiovascular health, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality. Furthermore, Tai Chi may help with chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia, and even improve cognitive function," according to GoodRx.
After the session, relaxation and meditation continues with the sound therapy of Tibetan singing bowls. Participants are also welcome to enjoy a cup of tea, including chai tea, provided.
