Join us for a cozy evening of creativity! Teens are invited to sip on hot cocoa and create beautiful watercolor winter ornaments. No experience needed—just bring your imagination and we’ll provide all the supplies.

Program Type:

Arts & Crafts

In this class you will learn basic watercolor skills and complete a painting in an hour and a half. Step by step instructions will be given. Art supplies are provided or bring your own supplies. Registration is required.

This event is for Cricut owners who would like a space to work on their projects alongside other Cricut enthusiasts. Cricut-eers can socialize, learn from one another, and improve their skills together in Westwego's meeting room.

This event is a casual crocheting group for adults. Come work on your crochet projects and enjoy a cup of our Library Blend coffee while you crochet and socialize with other fiber artists.

This event includes stories and art activities for children ages 3 to 9 years old. Supplies are limited. We will read an exciting holiday story. 

Craft: Gingerbread and Wreath Ornaments

Learn how to crochet Amigurumi! No previous crochet knowledge needed!  Mingle with other craft enthusiasts, finally finish that project you’ve been working on, or try something new at Wagner's Craft Club!

Tweens ages 8-11 can use "Squeegee painting" to make seasonal greeting cards!

A social group and open time for fiber arts enthusiasts. Come visit and sew, knit, crochet, embroider, or work on any other craft in our Jefferson Room. (EBR Makerspace program)

This month the Westwego crochet club will be crocheting granny squares!

All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies will be provided.

Come join us at the Jefferson Parish Library - Lakeshore Library for our fun and relaxing Crochet Club! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come and work on their projects together.

A new crochet tutorial every month as well as space to work on your own projects. Working on a beading or jewelry project? Crocheting or knitting something cool?

Join us each Monday in December to watch a variety of family-friendly Christmas-themed movies!  Movie-themed crafts will be provided during each screening!
