Event Details
This four-week course is taught by the LSU Agricultural Center, providing a free food and nutrition education program.
Week 1: Fruits, Vegetables, And Choosing your Dairy.
Week 2: Whole Grains and Varying Your Protein Sources
Week 3: Food Safety and Physical Activity
Week 4: Food Dollar Management and Fats, Sugars, Sodium.
Each class is one hour long. Class instruction is geared toward adults but children may attend along with their parent.
