The New Neighbor Project offers Citizenship Class on Tuesdays at the Rosedale Library, 4036 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson. The classes are free and are geared to prepare eligible permanent residents for the United States naturalization process.

Cyril Lagvanec, PhD, the curator of the American-Italian Research Library located on the second floor of the East Bank Regional Library, will give a lecture on the “The Wars of German Unification, 1864-71,” at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb.

The New Neighbor Project will offer a series of in-person beginner English as a Second Language classes.  Class is from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursdays.  Classes are for adults and focus on beginner English vocabulary and grammar.
