Meet and learn about animals from all over the world in this fun, educational and interactive presentation! 

Add some color and texture to your space with a beaded wall art masterpiece! In this hands-on craft, you’ll design and create a unique piece using beads, wire, and other materials to bring your vision to life.

Bromeliads (Bromeliaceae genera) are tropical-looking epiphytes that are easy to care for in average home conditions.

The World War II Discussion Group, headed by local teacher and historian Brian Altobello, meets the first Thursday of every month. Speakers focus on the events of the 1930s and 1940s. Free and open to the public; registration is not required.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries will conduct a boating safety class beginning at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, June 7, at the North Kenner Library, 630 W. Esplanade, Kenner.
